After painting a mural on the CTC Office in Kenya in 2010, Caitlin Beidler is painting 2 murals in Austin, TX. The first is at the Local to Global Outdoor Gallery Project, the largest outdoor gallery mural project in Austin. The second is at the new CTC Headquarters on the east side. We are excited to introduce the new CTC Headquarters in Austin, TX! Please come and check out our new office space on the east side. While you're here, enjoy a delicious taco from Lock Down Tacos, a food trailer in our outdoor garden. We are also renting out our space for weddings, happy hours, and events year round! All these income generating projects help make the CTC Headquarters financially self-sustaining.

This quilt was made as a tribute to CTC International, the Malaika Mums & Kids, and the American Sewing Guild team that visited in July of 2010. The artist was a member of that team, and was profoundly moved by the spirit and grace of all these people.

The Architects Newspaper featured CTC's Community Center, a pre-fabricated structure being sent to Kenya mid 2011. The structure will eventually be one of many, built to serve the needs of Maai Mahiu first as a community center, and growing into a medical facility, sewing school/factory, children with special needs facility, multi-purpose recreation facility, and a public library/internet cafe.

Crossroads to Kenya was a complete success, raising $20,000 and debuting the new community center that will be placed in Maai Mahiu.
