CTC is a rapidly-growing international team of individuals that view themselves as a for-impact company rather than your traditional non-profit organization. We work innovatively and creatively alongside Kenyan communities to create change that empowers others to lift themselves out of poverty. CTC International prides itself on its “mile deep and inch wide” mentality when approaching development. We started 10 years ago by constructing a school, and are now the largest employer in a city of 60,000+ people.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our U.S. team and oversee all of CTC’s Marketing and Communications, including the L.I.F.E. Line Fashion Line. We are looking for someone who blends with the CTC culture (see it here!), oozes creativity, is a storyteller who lives in the big picture and knows how to have fun. The Marketing Genius/Chief Storyteller will work full-time in our Austin, Texas office (but on extremely talented cases are open to being persuaded otherwise.
