As a CTC Intern, you will serve a crucial role on a growing team eager to strengthen each other and gain hands-on experience behind the scense of a succesful nonprofit and growing social enterprise.
What's The Deal With CTC?
CTC International is an authentic, raw, real, and honest company with a unique story to tell. We are a social enterprise creating a self-sustaining model for development by using entrepreneurial programs to grow non-profit initiatives and empower communities to create the change. We have a lot of fun but we also work our butts off. We work closely with our Kenya office and consider ourselves one big family. We’re passionate about the people we work with and the community that’s seeing daily change, and it drives us to be better every day. Our mission - Empowering people to do amazing things.
We’re super excited about interns here because most of us started out that way! We value your learning experience and want you to feel like part of the team from day 1. We also have our own coffee maker, so you don’t need to worry about that. (Though we would never say no to treats!)
Basic Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Applicants must be available to work 12-20 hours per week during regular business hours (9am - 5pm) at CTC's US Office in Austin, Texas.
- Applicants must be independent, self-motivated, organized, and willing to dive into any project no matter how large or small. All while having excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of computer competency. Yea, you pretty much rock at life!
