CTC Garden Optional Wedding/Event Packages
Package A: $3,000
Includes: A full day rental for the day of the wedding and up to 3 hours the day/night before for rehearsal/photo shoot, an additional portable toilet, use of on-site ice, and use of the Blue House kitchen area, Blue House conference room, and Blue House bathroom. This bathroom is for the host/wedding party use only.
Package B: $3,500
Includes: Package A + an additional 4 hours (total of 7 hours) the day/night before.
Miscellaneous Rental Items
Additional Portable Toilet: $125/Each
40 lb. Bag of Ice: $10/Each
To Reserve the Date:
To reserve your date, CTC requires a 50% deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit along with your signed rental agreement. Security deposit will be refunded within a timely manner after the event, if the premises have been left reasonably clean and undamaged.
Until a contract is signed and returned with a deposit the date remains open and available for rental. The first customer who sends the contract with payment receives the date. Please note that this is defined as a counter-signed executed copy of the contract and a payment that has been processed. To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit along with your signed rental agreement.

This bathroom is for the host/wedding party use only. Package also includes a 2-hour photo session, to be scheduled during CTC office hours (M-F, 9am-5pm).
