Some of the problems facing Kenya are the cost of living, school fees, and unemployment. CTC's vocational school is an affordable alternative from secondary school where individuals acquire confidence and skills that enable them to live and provide for their families through micro-business.

What started as one classroom providing sewing and computer skills to the local community is now a full functioning vocational school with classes in computer training, tailoring, carpentry, beautician training, knitting, and leather works (shoes, belts, purses, etc.). We completed the school in January 2005. Our current enrollment is 116 students and growing.
