Graham Carter was born in Austin, Texas in 1981. His love of nature and Africa began as a young child, stomping through the brush of Texas on hunting and fishing trips. He fell in love with Africa during his first trip to Zimbabwe in 2000. He has since returned twice; first in August of 2006 to hunt in Tanzania followed by a week in Kenya with CTC, and again the following October for two months to work with CTC and “herd cats.” While in Kenya, Graham was involved in moving many of CTC’s projects a little further along and fostering relationships with the Kenyan’s – the most important aspect of our mission.
He also rode a camel.
