been about the community, the people. It has grown from helping a
small group to looking at a larger towns' issues. I stay connected and involved because helping those less fortunate is inspiring. When

My most favorite time is when we are all in prayer. I love to watch the children and adults worship, It is PURE BLISS. Something speical happens when we are all in worship together. I see such TENDERNESS and PASSION that runs deep in every soul in Africa and I am humbled to be part of their lives."

"After spending time there, and coming back to my life in the states, I am more drawn to continue work in Kenya. Every day goes by and its the same thing for me and then you stop to read an article about what is happening in Kenya and it makes you realize that things aren't getting better and things won't get better unless we do something about it. I think that even if we all take on a little part in helping the people of Kenya, we can make a big difference in the overall state."

I thought that I was going to help "the people of Maai Mahiu", WRONG they helped me. Maai Mahiu was a life changing experience that will forever be in my heart. The friends I made and things I saw are etched in my soul forever."

I am ready to go back to Kenya to see the people that I met on my first trips and to be a part of the amazing things that are happening all over the continent. We are going to be a part of something very special... "
