The CTC Land sits on 11.5 acres off of the HIV Highway, and is home to Café Ubuntu, CTC's Poultry Project, Livestock Coop, and gardens.

Providing jobs for youth in the community, the poultry project focuses on raising indigenous, free-range birds for the sale of both eggs and chicks.
